Since the institution's opening in the fall of 1966, KSU has experienced exceptional
enrollment growth. The institution's annual fall headcount enrollment has declined
only a few times since 1966, and it continues to be categorized as fast-growing,
especially in recent years. The headcount enrollment statistics reported here are
obtained from KSU's official census date reports to the University System's student
information system. Those reports are generated from KSU's Banner student information
system. This archives section contains historical information on headcount enrollments
that supplements data published in the KSU Fact Book.
